Shuttle Computer Group, Inc. seeks Human Resources Specialist.

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required.  12 months of experience in an occupation within the human resources field required.

 

Job duties:

  1. Record and track daily attendance status.

  2. Handle timecard management and prepare weekly reports.

  3. Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.

  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy.

  5. Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations as outlined in the Company Handbook, while staying informed about all Federal and State labor law regulations.

  6. Manage Worker’s Compensation, including documentation, regulations, injury reporting, and maintaining OSHA files.

  7. Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

  8. Oversee the annual review and renewal of insurance policies.

  9. Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

  10. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.

  11. Serve as the point of contact for employees, administration, and vendors.

  12. Assist supervisors with the recruiting and hiring process.

  13. Develop and post job descriptions.

  14. Coordinate the hiring process, including background checks and reference verification.

  15. Onboard new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.

  16. Provide clerical and administrative support, coordinate company events, and perform other related duties as required.

Salary per year: $51,854/year
